Prohibited Items List
PROHIBITED ITEMS:
- In accordance with Civil Aviation Authority regulations, balloons, drones, fireworks, and laser pointers are strictly prohibited at this event.
- Umbrellas or parasols (folding umbrellas are NOT allowed), flagpoles, selfie sticks, benches, chairs, stools, foldable chairs, or any objects that can be potentially used as a weapon.
- Flammable materials, knives, sticks, and glass items of any kind.
- No illegal or illicit substances, drugs, or drug paraphernalia.
- No weapons of any kind including, but not limited to, pocket knives and self-defense sprays.
- No flammable items or liquids including aerosols and fireworks.
- No markers, pens, or spray paint.
- No glass items of any kind.
- No backpacks, purses, or bags allowed exceeding A4 size 21x30cm except bags made of clear plastic, clear vinyl, or clear PVC .”
- No outside food or beverage including alcohol, betel nuts, gum, tea or coffee bag, candies, or chocolate. (If you have low blood sugar, please go to the nearest medical tent for sugar candies or remedies)
- No bottles, cans, canteens, flasks, or coolers.
- No opened over-the-counter medication or eye drops.
- All cigarettes, lighters, matches, electronic cigarettes/vapes, vape liquids/oil are NOT allowed. The venue will be selling cigarettes.
- No pacifiers or glow sticks.
- No balloons, balls, inflatable balls, frisbees, or flying disks.
- No bicycles, skateboards, hover-boards, scooters, or personal motorized vehicles.
- No drones or unmanned aerial vehicles.
- No animals except for service animals assisting an individual with a disability. “Comfort,” “therapy” or “emotional support” animals do not meet the definition of a service animal and are not permitted entry to the Event.
- No large chains, chained wallets, or spiked jewelry.
- No laser pens, laser pointers, or similar focused light devices.
- No water guns, squirt guns, spray bottles, or misters.
- No musical instruments, noisemakers, or air horns.
- Large Format video cameras (with the exception of those approved by the organizer).
- No poles, sticks, or “totems”
Additional items may be prohibited at the discretion of law enforcement or security officials.
ACCEPTABLE:
- Yes to prescribed medication or unopened over the counter medication. Subjected to evaluation by on-site medical staff in order to bring into the venue.
- Yes to bags made of clear plastic, clear vinyl, or clear PVC
- Yes to one-gallon clear, plastic zip-top bag
- Yes to fanny packs under A4 size
- Yes to small clutch bags, approximately the size of a hand, with or without a handle or strap is allowed
- Yes to cell phones
- Yes to battery packs
- Yes to sunglasses and hats
- Yes to small mats, cushions, picnic mats (only to be used in the grass area). Picnic mats are NOT allowed in the Main Stage area.
- Yes to raincoats and jackets
- Yes to non-aerosol insect repellant and sunblock
- Yes to illuminated or glowing jewelry or costumes
- Yes to non-professional cameras
- Yes to action cameras, such as GoPro’s
- Yes to gimbal or camera sticks under 30cm
- Regarding action cameras – yes to strap headwear or non-extendable handles
- Yes to earplugs
- Yes to flags and banners (please remember to be respectful to the national flag).
- Yes to powdered make-up
- Yes to feminine products (sealed upon entry)
- Yes to prescription medication (you must have the prescription/label in your name with you)
- Small gimbal or image stabilization handles for Gopro or cellphone under 15cm (top to bottom) are allowed. Any extendable (telescopic) or folding handles are NOT allowed!
